The Alt DCM assists in communicating with the GSRs and groups of the District and is responsible for workshops.
A District Treasurer conducts all financial activities of the District including collecting the Seventh Tradition funds, making disbursements in accordance with the budget, and providing monthly reports at district meetings including a current balance sheet and a summary of actual income and expenses. The Treasurer also encourages contribution support for the Area and GSO.
The District Secretary records and distributes minutes of the district meetings and assists the DCM at these meetings. The Secretary is also responsible for copying and distributing flyers for district events.
